symlink(): protocal error in processmaker version 4


 I have fixed this issue by following the steps


Note: If you were using the vagrant up already run command vagrant halt

1. Open the Windows command prompt(cmd) as an Administratoror 

2. Run vagrant up 

3. vagrant ssh 

4. Run the php artisan processmaker:install command

Successfully installed processmaker 4 version
